Two men were indicted Tuesday in connection with the fatal shooting at a Frisco apartment complex in August.
Tymothy Patrick Pfeiffer and Anthony Earl Murphy were each indicted by Collin County grand jurors on a charge of capital murder in the death of 36-year-old Juan Rodriguez.
Frisco Police believe Rodriguez was killed during a robbery at his apartment.
Police were called about a shooting just before 3 p.m. Aug. 1 to the Wade Crossing Apartments, 9399 Wade Blvd. Rodriguez was found on a second-floor breezeway at the apartment complex with a gunshot wound to the chest.
